Education:

Ms. Sau graduated from National Economics University, Faculty of Business Law in 2012, and then completed Master of Law from Vietnam National University. She also joined IP Training Course of the NOIP and obtained Certificate of IP Agent.

Experience:

 Ms. Sau worked for ACTIP IP Limited from 2012–2016 prior to joining D & T and her main duty is to prosecute all Trademark matters in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. With more than 8 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property, she now works for D & T in Trademark Department and is in charge of Trademark matters in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and other ASEAN countries, especially, in searching and registration of Trademarks, licensing and assignment, renewal and amendment of Trademark registrations, appeal, opposition, and cancellation.
